QUALITY POLICY
 
 
Hong Kong Macau Engineering Company Ltd. is committed to Quality. The objective of the company is to provide quality contracting services that meet the Client's requirements.
 
 
 
Within the framework of this objective, HKM has strived to establish and maintain an efficient and effective Quality System as described in the Quality Manual and documented Operation Procedures which meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000. HKM has defined our commitment as set out below
 
 
  • Provide effective and reliable services to satisfy the expectations and needs of our clients which will result in the proper keeping, restoring and improving the facilities of buildings and surroundings.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of our Quality Management System by a schedule of internal quality audits and reviews.
  • Continually improve the quality of service we provide to our clients.
 
 
This Policy is communicated to all levels of the organization through training and publication of the documented Quality System. Importantly, deriving from the above Quality Policy, Quality Objectives are established to continually improve the Quality Management System as a whole as well as each Key process. Quality Objectives have to be measurable so that they can be analysed to determine the degree to which they are met.
